The Smith & Wesson M&P Shield Plus OR is a micro-compact striker-fired pistol chambered in 30 Super Carry. It uses a 3.1 inch stainless steel barrel with an Armornite finish and a matte black polymer frame. The slide is optics ready and finished in matte black Armornite.

A flat-face trigger and an 18-degree grip angle support a consistent press and a natural point of aim. Sights are an orange-ring tritium front and a black tritium rear. There is no thumb safety. A 13-round flush magazine and a 16-round extended magazine are included. Overall length is 6.1 inches and weight is 19.3 oz.

This Shield Plus is well suited for everyday carry and personal defense. The slim frame and 16+1 capacity give a compact pistol more rounds than a typical single-stack 9mm. Optics-ready slide and night sights keep the sight picture usable in daylight and low light.
